    > Typically I train… student athletes for every sport under the sun! I am also one of the athlete strength coaches on staff at Next Play Performance

    > I also train… adults getting ready for competitions such as Hyrox Fitness Race and Half Marathons, plus I host Special High Energy Training Events at Next Play Performance

    > I train… youth and adults

    > I am also… a NASM Certified Personal Trainer

    > I offer… A fun, high-energy environment that motivates my clients to meet their strength and fitness goals

    > Typically I train… college, high school and youth athletes specifically for football and basketball in the gym - I am also one of the staff athlete strength coaches at Next Play Performance

    > I also train… elite linebackers and football IQ

    > I train… all ages

    > I am also… an Assistant Football Coach at St. Joe’s, as well as an Assistant Flag Football Coach at IHA

    > I offer… individualized strength training and mentorship to athletes of all ages

    > Fun fact… I played D1 football in college as a linebacker for Coastal Carolina

    > Typically I train… youth athletes, and mostly basketball players in strength and conditioning

    > I also train… adult strength and power lifting

    > I train… all ages

    > I am also… helpful in my approach to lifting and training making sure my clients feel comfortable and safe

    > I offer… a personalized program for each athlete and am especially an expert at helping players increase their vertical jump

    > Fun fact… my personal best vertical jump is 35 inches
